OTTMEL water heaters feature Baosteel enamel steel and Ferro’s “Blue Diamond” coating for excellent corrosion resistance and clean, safe water.
Exterior Casing:
Our water heaters use Baosteel’s zinc-magnesium alloy-coated steel for superior corrosion resistance, durability, and lower maintenance costs.

What is your warranty policy? Which components are covered?
The entire unit comes with a 2-year warranty. Core components, such as the pressure relief valve and gas valve, are eligible for replacement during the warranty period. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse or failure to adhere to the maintenance guidelines outlined in the user manual.
